We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at White Force Group. This role is based in the Asia Region and offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for handling all customer segments in the assigned region, driving sales and distribution efforts, identifying potential customers, and expanding business with existing customers. You will also have the opportunity to travel to South East Asia and Asia Pacific regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Travel to international markets to expand business operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
