Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Relationship Manager to drive our gifting sales forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This role reports directly to the Events & Experiences Director and is based out of our Head Office in Mumbai. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the gifting process run smoothly and orders are fulfilled on time.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Manage client inquiries, build lasting connections, and provide personalized gifting solutions.
  • Sales: Drive gifting sales from start to finish, resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities and proactively reach out to new clients for gifting opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other tools to streamline operations.
  • A passion for building relationships and creating memorable gifting experiences.
What We Offer
