Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant Liaison to join our team at Perfict Global. As a Sales Consultant Liaison, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with clients across various industries.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 3-6 years of experience in bench sales with a strong focus on prime vendor connections. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and marketing teams to source top talent for client projects.
  2. Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to secure the best possible candidates for our clients.
  3. Search for and identify high-quality candidates using tier-one contacts, web portals, and professional networking sites.
  4. Collaborate with consultants to format their resumes according to company standards and ensure they meet client requirements.
  5. Track and manage the progress of each submittal, following up with vendors and coordinating interviews between consultants and clients.
  6. Maintain a database of rolled-off consultants, including contract details, project extensions, start, and end dates.
  7. Create and submit assignment track sheets to Team Leaders in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-6 years of experience in bench sales with a strong prime vendor connection network.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
