Our company Perfict is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant Lead to join our team. In this key role, you will drive sales success by placing bench consultants on projects and leveraging your extensive network to identify top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with prime vendors and implementation partners to market OPT, CPT, and H1B as well as GC/USC candidates.

  You will prioritize sales success, utilizing tier one contacts and web portals such as Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites for job requirements. You will also negotiate rates with recruiters, develop relationships with tier one vendors, and engage with prime vendors to establish corporate account relationships, present consultants, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.

  The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales with strong prime vendor connections, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to monitor rate confirmations, follow up on submissions, and maintain a record of each submittal's progress during the process.
