We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Perfict in Chennai, India.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales, strong connections with prime vendors, and hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with prime vendors to market OPT, CPT, and H1B candidates, as well as GC/USC candidates.
  • Prioritize sales success by placing bench consultants on projects.
  • Utilize tier one contacts and web portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites for job requirements.
  • Negotiate rates with recruiters and submit consultants at the best possible rates.
  • Develop relationships with tier one vendors and introduce new vendors to the company.
  • Engage with prime vendors, establish corporate account relationships, present consultants, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
  • Work closely with consultants to format resumes according to company standards.
  • Monitor rate confirmations and follow up on submissions.
  • Maintain a record of each submittal's progress during the process.
  • Follow up with vendors on interview schedules and coordinate between consultants and vendors.
  • Manage the database of rolled-off consultants, prepare their resumes, and track contract details such as project extensions, start dates, and end dates for existing resources.
  • Create and maintain assignment track sheets in accordance with company standards and submit them to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales with strong prime vendor connections.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
