Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in working with prime vendors and implementation partners in marketing OPT, CPT, and H1B candidates.
  • Negotiating rates and placing bench consultants on projects effectively.
  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire new vendors and expand existing relationships.
  • Searching for requirements using tier one contacts and web portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites.
  • Tracking rate confirmations, submissions, and progress throughout the process.
  • Maintaining databases of rolled-off consultants, contracts, and assignment track sheets.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales with strong prime vendor connections.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
