Executive Sales Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Sales Lead - IT Services to drive business growth and lead a team of professionals at Reveille Technologies in Chennai.
Job Summary:
As an Executive Sales Lead - IT Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue. You will also oversee client relationships, manage vendor partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to identify growth areas.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to support business operations. Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership review. Track KPIs and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition and IT Consulting.
- Expertise in Market Research and the ability to identify emerging opportunities.
- Strong background in Sales Strategy and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in Vendor Management and contract negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Estimated Salary: ₹18,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
