Sales Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Lead to join our team at Elephantine Enterprises Private Limited, a leading Plots & Villa Developers in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and success.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful Sales Strategy Lead will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
To be successful as a Sales Strategy Lead at Elephantine Enterprises Private Limited, you will need to have:
- 14-23 years of experience in real estate tele-sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
