As an Executive Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth strategy and leading the sales team in Chennai. With a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing sales plans, and building strong client relationships, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance and achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 18,00,000 per annum
