Job Title: Senior Sales Growth Strategist
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at QuestW. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, business partnering, coaching, and execution excellence.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in trade marketing, investment opportunities, channel and trade partner partnerships, team coaching, and growth initiatives. Your exceptional communication skills, strong analytical mindset, and ability to inspire and motivate teams will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth strategy: Analyze data and execute plans to drive growth through trade marketing and investment opportunities.
- Build business partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel and trade partners to create joint business plans.
- Cultivate team performance: Coach and develop team members to achieve growth goals, implement best practices, and enhance their skills.
- Oversee execution: Ensure quality execution of growth initiatives, including accurate stock planning, logistics, and sales forecasting.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and performance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
