Commercial Leasing Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Sales Leader to lead our sales team in Chennai, focusing on leasing coworking spaces and commercial office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the coworking and flexible workspace market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, for coworking and managed office spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.
About Placement Partners Consulting
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in commercial leasing within the real estate or coworking industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
