In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, providing sales training and mentorship to team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure sales goals alignment.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in collection, banking sales, outbound process, or insurance sales team handling. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities.

Furthermore, you should have good communication skills in Hindi with English and hold a Diploma/graduate/postgraduate degree.
