Channel Development Leader

We are looking for a Channel Development Leader to join our team in Assurance Intl Limited. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales, channel development, and distribution management.
About the RoleThis role involves leading our sales efforts in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned geography.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned geography.
- Forecasts sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives in domestic markets.
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree and MBA.
- At least 20-25 years of experience in Channel Development and Sales, Distribution Management.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of the geography (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh).
- Excellent business acumen and domain knowledge.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills and customer orientation.
Rupees 40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
