Business Development Manager

Livspace, Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform, is seeking a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in the designated zone.
About Us:
Livspace provides a one-stop renovation solution for homeowners from design to managed last mile fulfillment. Our proprietary technology has organized a fragmented industry, bringing together designers, brands, manufacturers, and contractors to enable a trusted and predictable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Acquisition: Build a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and develop partnerships with them.
- Lead Generation: Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Quality Leads: Ensure the highest level of quality in leads, defined as Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
- Coordinating Cross-Functional Departments: Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
- Engagement and Brand Image: Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company. Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Similar Qualification.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
- Sales Skills: Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
- Transportation: Two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Language: Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
- Work Style: Highly motivated individual who is target-driven. Flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum (depending on experience).
