Role Overview

The Business Development Manager - Channel Partner will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing channel partners in their designated zone. This involves building strong relationships with real estate brokers and developing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a robust network of channel partners, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction and facilitate smooth communication.
  • Foster trust and engagement among channel partners through effective communication and service offerings.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate broker ecosystem and leverage this knowledge to drive business success.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders to guarantee prompt action on customer requests.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
  • A solid understanding of the real estate broker market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and customers alike.
  • A valid two-wheeler license.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language.
  • A motivated and target-driven individual with flexibility in work timings and schedule.

Compensation Package
