Role Overview

This role involves channel partner acquisition and account management in a designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them.

Responsibilities
  • Regular visits to channel partners, new and old, to establish a strong influence over the network.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners.
  • Guarantee the highest level of quality in leads: A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
  • Maintain engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company. Maintain the brand image of the company by adhering to an appropriate code of conduct.
Requirements
  • Minimum graduation qualification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
  • Excellent sales skills with a knack for connecting with Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid license.
  • Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
  • A highly motivated individual who is target-driven.
  • Flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $6,500 - $10,000 per month, based on national averages and industry standards. However, this figure may vary depending on location, qualifications, and other factors.
