We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Sales Strategy to join our team at MX. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving new sales through partnerships and developing strategic initiatives to expand MX's market presence and generate new business opportunities with sell-through and sell-with partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership roles, with 15+ years of experience in business development or sales partnership roles in the FI and Fintech industry. They will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analysis, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale strategic partner initiatives to drive MX net-new partner business and support partner GTM strategies.
- Lead and mentor a knowledgeable and high-execution Partners sales team to achieve incremental goals for partner bookings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across MX to deliver accurate forecasting and strategic plans.
- Cultivate and develop the emerging markets partner ecosystem into a predictable revenue stream and strategic advantage for MX and its partners.
