About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at RxCloud. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and executing marketing strategies that drive results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, leading brand marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Lead and execute brand marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Analyze data from various marketing channels to refine strategies and improve KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with RxCloud's service offerings and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain account plans, tier accounts, and cover territory to generate upsell pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle of IT services sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and optimize results.
  • Candidate must be flexible to travel all over India.
