We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Lead to develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the US SEC market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in the US SEC market
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing plans to improve inbound sales
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast sales numbers on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Update CRM with all opportunities and maintain enquiry and opportunity trackers
  • Convert opportunities into deals and achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Lead, nurture, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are achieved

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
