Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing Strategy
Job Summary:
The Head of Sales and Marketing Strategy will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving revenue goals, expanding market reach, and driving overall business growth. This position requires a visionary leader with extensive knowledge of the automotive components sector, strong management capabilities, and a proven history of successful sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:
- Formulate and execute robust sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Leadership:
- Direct and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics while offering continuous support.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings.
- Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Business Growth:
- Identify and explore new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and untapped market segments.
- Negotiate and finalize significant contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate sales results, marketing success, and market dynamics.
- Generate regular reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Team Development:
- Hire, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel to cultivate a culture of high performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components field.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing effective teams while executing impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
