Job Title: State Head - Channel Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced State Head - Channel Sales Executive to lead our channel sales efforts in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in dealer project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting potential customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and facade consultants
  • Maintaining a daily MIS report and weekly site review and sales collection reports to track business activities
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets from target industries
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments and developing plans to achieve monthly targets with area sales managers
  • Market expansion and new markets development, including new channels and areas of business growth
  • Executing business strategy and concepts, negotiating terms of agreements, and closing sales
  • Handling team and self-motivated

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with dealer project sales in ACP building materials or similar industry
  • Good communication skills, preferably in local language (Tamil, English, Hindi)
  • Good knowledge of local and nearby market
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, PPT, and Word
