About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled State Head Channel Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region.

Responsibilities:
  • Visiting potential customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and facade consultants, to discuss business opportunities and maintain relationships.
  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve specific targets, in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Negotiating terms of agreements and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the ACP building material industry or similar.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and other relevant software.
