As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Sales Leadership:

  • Direct and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics while providing continuous support.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings.
  • Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Business Growth:

  • Identify and explore new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and untapped market segments.
  • Negotiate and finalize significant contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and evaluate sales results, marketing success, and market dynamics.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Team Development:

  • Hire, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel to cultivate a culture of high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing effective teams while executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
