Job Title: Sales Strategy Manager
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to lead our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion. The Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for setting targets, creating performance plans, and maintaining standards for sale representatives. He/She will also plan the sales strategy and optimize sales, search for clients who might benefit from our products, document and control target achievement, negotiate terms and contracts with clients, report to the Executive Board, and develop a scalable sales process. The Sales Strategy Manager will ensure that representatives adhere to the sales process and plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings. He/She will maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences, resolve escalated customer issues, and track sales team metrics. The Sales Strategy Manager will provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance and attend marketing events representing the company.
