Sales Strategy Developer

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area, leveraging expertise in Electron Microscopy Products and XPS products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities, informing sales strategies and business decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the scientific industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
