Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area, leveraging expertise in Electron Microscopy Products and XPS products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities, informing sales strategies and business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the scientific industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
