Regional Director/Sales and Marketing Lead

To drive sales growth and expand market share in the Auto OEM segment, we seek a seasoned professional with expertise in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will lead our regional team to achieve ambitious targets, build strong customer relationships, and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Automotive sector
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results
