About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Government Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Solinas Integrity Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target municipal corporation clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within municipal corporations and government departments.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to clients during the sales process.
  • Prepare tenders and deliver presentations, proposals, demonstrations tailored to municipal needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and liaison with government departments is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of departmental hierarchy, functioning, procurement processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. This role requires extensive travelling to district clients or attend industry events.
