About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Liaison to join our Chennai-based team. As a key member of our on-site support unit, you'll provide top-tier customer service by resolving technical issues and empowering customers to get the most out of our platform.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using basic log-checking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
- The creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Strong knowledge retention and quick learning abilities to stay updated on product features and common issues.
- An effective communicator who can work collaboratively with team members to share insights and enhance support processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts and ensure seamless customer support during peak hours.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time role that offers:
- A competitive estimated salary of approximately ₹6 lakhs per annum (or $82,500 USD annually), reflecting the excellent compensation package offered by Klenty.

Requirements
In addition to the skills mentioned above, we require:
