Movate, a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider, is seeking an International Customer Support Associate to join its team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that prioritizes innovation and client satisfaction. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient order processing, accurate data entry, and timely issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New Order Processing: Review new orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring seamless execution on our web-based system.
  • Customer Enquiry Clarifications: Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Service Level Maintenance: Meet or exceed service level targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all activities.
  • Order Monitoring: Continuously monitor order status, taking appropriate action as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any degree from a recognized institution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proving entered data.
    • Strong skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
    • Able to learn new concepts quickly.
    • Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree of Motivation: Highly motivated in performing repetitive duties with very low room for error.

Compensation Package: Our estimated salary range for this role is ₹3-4 lakhs (approximately $37,000-$48,000 USD) per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
