Customer Support Associate

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executives to join our team at CapTalent HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and demonstrations as needed.
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a BPO voice process or similar field.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and information systems.
- Collaborative and adaptable with a strong focus on results.
