Customer Support Associate

IMCS Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, fluency in Kannada (oral and written communication), and basic computer skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on resolving customer queries efficiently.
