Job Title: Customer Support Expert

This on-site role involves providing exceptional customer support by resolving technical issues and optimizing customers' use of our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats, ensuring friendly and helpful support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using basic log-checking skills.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving to find innovative solutions for customer challenges.
  • Stay informed about Klenty's product features, updates, and common issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes.
  • Work in rotational shifts to support customers during peak hours.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support peers.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
Salary Information:

Estimated salary: ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
