Customer Success Educator

We are seeking educators with expertise in IGCSE, GCSE, IB, and CCS curricula to join our team as Customer Success Representatives.
About the RoleThis role combines teaching expertise with customer support to enhance user satisfaction, drive retention, and promote growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with parents and tutors, resolving inquiries and technical issues, and providing feedback to improve processes and features.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective solutions to parent and tutor queries, leveraging teaching insights to drive customer loyalty
- Proactively renew subscriptions, upsell services, and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform enhancements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or CCS curricula
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savviness with experience in online tools and platforms
