Job DescriptionThis role involves providing expert guidance and support to customers through various channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolving any issues promptly. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Pre-Sales Support: Providing detailed information about features, pricing, and customization options, as well as assisting customers in choosing the right solutions based on their needs.
- Sales Assistance: Guiding customers through the purchasing process, handling order placements and confirmations, and offering real-time updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensuring timely follow-ups to confirm satisfaction, addressing any concerns related to product performance or compatibility, and providing warranty information and service guidance.
- Customer Engagement: Building long-term relationships through consistent communication, offering loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers, and conducting surveys and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting assistance for product setup or usage, remote diagnostics and issue resolution, and coordinating with the technical team for advanced support if required.
