Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Candidate Profile to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat with a keen focus on effective communication.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
- Excellent email and chat etiquette.
- Ability to navigate multiple screens/tools quickly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling customer queries and problems.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO sector (for experienced candidates).
Location and Work Mode: Chennai (Ambattur and Perungalathur sites), Work from Office
Salary and Benefits: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.
