Customer Service Representative

At myGwork, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to publishers using Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with vendors in Portuguese and English, responding to emails, phone calls, and chats in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for investigating payment concerns, demonstrating clear and polite written and verbal communication, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Portuguese and English
- Investigate payment concerns and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise responses to customer queries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and time management goals as set by management
- Follow company policies and processes to ensure efficient customer service delivery
- Utilize customer service tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Requirements
- B2 certification in Portuguese
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbally
- Minimum 1 year experience handling multiple forms of direct customer inquiries via calls, chats, and/or emails
- Adequate communication and analytical skills
- Ability to research, replicate, categorize, and document customer issues to identify and understand their problems
- Proven ability to use data and research to inform the best course of action and possible resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional computer skills certifications in web technologies
- Experience in technical support, especially for web-enabled software products or services
- Experience in email customer service
- Commanding verbal communication skills, able to interact with external parties comfortably
- Adequate written communication skills, able to draft concise email responses
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
