About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CapTalent HR.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Eligibility:

1 year experience in Voice / Non-voice with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the stipulated timeline. Must have knowledge in BFSI Industry.

Language Skills:

Excellent English.

Education:

Graduation.

Salary:

3.5LPA- 5 LPA.

Work Location and Mode:

Chennai, Perungalathur.

Work from Office.
