- Collaborate with other departments to address recurring customer concerns and implement solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English with fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling, with a focus on managing escalations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 per month.
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (9 hours).
- 6 days working days (Sunday fixed week-off).
- Note: Work From Office.
