Customer Support Specialist: Technical Interface Expert

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a young and dynamic team that provides technical support to customers worldwide.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can interact with non-technical users, resolve complex issues, and work proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems, engineering, or computer science, with previous experience as a support specialist and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Determining the criticality of customer issues and enforcing customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Reporting against customer SLA as necessary
  • Assisting with kickstarting a Knowledge Base (KB) to ease Support for most common issues
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions to the Development team
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

You will also have the opportunity to assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives and inform customers about new features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science or similar field
  • Previous experience as a Support Specialist, preferably with help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking abilities and exposure to software design and development lifecycles
  • Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and external communication skills
