About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Liaison to join our team at AdaniConneX. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

As a Strategic Client Liaison, your primary goal will be to understand the needs and challenges of our clients and align them with our services provided. You will regularly communicate with stakeholders, setting expectations on services, SLA's and managing service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to assigned accounts by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Align customer requirements with our services and solutions.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders to set expectations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer environments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Advocate for customers within our organization.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle first-level escalations for assigned customer accounts.
Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of VMware products, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure – Server, Storage, Network devices.
  • Showcase level 3 understanding of Operating systems – Windows, Linux, with OEM certification a plus – Microsoft, Cisco etc.
Project Management
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless implementation of subscribed services.
  • Oversee ongoing service delivery and monitor related KPI's.
  • Identify and manage risk and scope.
  • Provide regular reports on service performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excel in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical support and account management, preferably managed services.
