Enterprise AI Sales Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Pibit, a Y Combinator-backed insurtech startup. As an early member of the sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered underwriting solutions to key decision-makers in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors.
- Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Pibit's AI solutions can address them.
- Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI or the insurance industry.
- Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.
- Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of Pibit's solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
