Job Description:
Growth Strategy: As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for expansion. Your goal will be to create a robust business development plan that aligns with the company's overall vision.

Sales Management: You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they meet their targets. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. This includes negotiating contracts, resolving conflicts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Client Engagement: To effectively grow our business, you must understand our clients' needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. This involves conducting thorough market analyses, creating customized proposals, and delivering presentations that showcase our value proposition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: As a seasoned sales professional, you will leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients. This requires an in-depth understanding of our offerings, as well as the ability to articulate their value to clients. By expanding our revenue streams, you will contribute significantly to the company's growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related role;
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions;
