We are a forward-thinking company seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As our Director of Sales and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of success in driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce
Estimated Salary Range:$100,000 - $130,000 per year
