About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team in Rajkot. As a Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of business plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in business development, sales management, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as market trends and competitor activities.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Home/Mortgage/LAP sales, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC sector.

Estimated Salary: ₹50,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum
