We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director - International Markets to spearhead our expansion into international markets. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to explore new markets, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our presence in international markets. Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify areas of opportunity, and create innovative solutions to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives that leverage our strengths in the education sector.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector, including school administrators, college presidents, and university leaders. Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to secure deals and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.

Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and executing effective business strategies. Establish a network of high-quality contacts and partnerships within the education sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market analysis to inform future business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or international market expansion, preferably within the education sector. Strong knowledge of the education industry, international sales strategies, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
