Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at NCodetechnologies. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients and drive sales growth.
  • Pursue new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department, ensuring we maintain a strong presence in the market.
  • Attend networking events and activities to research potential clients and establish meaningful connections, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction, leading to positive word-of-mouth and repeat business.
  • Provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients on how to upgrade or add new products and services that align with their needs, further enhancing our relationship.
  • Craft compelling business proposals and contracts that showcase the benefits of our offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices for our products and services, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales performance, driving overall business growth.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve our services and meet evolving client needs.
  • Stay informed about consumption trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive in the market.
