Director of Sales and Growth

We are looking for a Director of Sales and Growth to lead our sales efforts at qSarthi Kota. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct field visits to meet with potential clients, present business opportunities, and expand business relationships.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and report findings to management.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Profile:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Fluent in English and local languages strong communication and negotiation skills.
- MBA or related degree preferred. Engineering or medical background is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to business development.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
