About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinker to lead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that targets high-end architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the construction and building materials industry, including product offerings and market trends.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region, develop plans to capitalize on them, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
