Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Piab Group.

This strategic role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and market share expansion of our vacuum conveying products within designated regional territories.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical applications, technical sales, and support is required, along with a general understanding of pneumatics and powder handling systems and equipment.

Familiarity with the Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Addictive manufacturing industry is also essential.

A strong understanding and effective use of CRM, preferably with Salesforce, is necessary, as is exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently from a home-based office are crucial, given the estimated 50-70% travel requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with company objectives
  • Manage sales channels to support territory goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to cultivate and manage sales activity within the region
Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical applications, technical sales, and support
  • Excellent English skills: verbal and written
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
  • General understanding of pneumatics and powder handling systems and equipment
  • Understanding of Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Addictive manufacturing industry
  • Understanding and effective use of CRM
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Travel Requirements

Up to 50 – 70% travel time
