ApplyBoard Financial Services Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to join our Overseas Team as a Business Development Lead for ApplyBoard Financial Services. This role requires representing the ApplyBoard brand, promoting financial services (Loans and GIC), and increasing sales from the Ahmedabad region while creating market awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Activities:
    • Representing ApplyBoard in promotional activities for financial services
    • Increasing Loans and GIC sales in Ahmedabad with effective marketing strategies
    • Training and guiding agents on submitting quality loan applications
    • Maintaining relationships with mapped recruitment partners and providing top-notch support
    • Implementing growth strategies to maximize financial services business
    • Ensuring high conversion rates through continuous monitoring and improvement
    • Managing relationships with partners and owning targets for the region
    • Cold calling and extensive travel may be required
    • Regular reporting based on assigned targets
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent English communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
    • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience
    • Autonomous self-starter with team-based environment adaptability
    • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguity
    • Experience in the financial sector, educational consulting, or postsecondary institutions is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting multiple deadlines and adapting to new policies
    • CRM experience is considered an asset

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
